As humans, we are constantly leaving behind our trace through dust, fragments of skin, and particles of ourselves. Kate Mooney captures those elements beyond regular sight: the unseen. Biological fragments are rearranged on a surface to create words and imagery. Through utilising the miniature patterns and objects these particles create an act of wonderment that is reliant on the audience. In drawing our attention to these small aspects, the audience is brought back down to noticing the unseen; they become more aware of how big nothing can appear.
